**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Care Nurse to join our team. As a Home Care Nurse, you will provide professional nursing care to meet the physical, psychological, rehabilitative, and emotional needs of our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Provide nursing assessment and delivery for clients under the direction of the Community Care Manager
• Travel to clients' homes to provide care and support
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Document client information and progress

**Requirements:**

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent
• Valid Class 5 driver's license
• Registered/eligible with the Registered Psychiatric Nurses Association of SK and the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)

**Preferred Qualifications:**

• Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing or equivalent
• Psychiatric Nursing diploma or equivalent
• Nursing diploma or equivalent
