Key Responsibilities- Client engagement and credit underwriting
- Risk management and analysis
- Loan structuring and credit submissions
- Portfolio assessments and risk mitigation
- Compliance with lending practices, policies, and procedures
- Financial and marketing knowledge of local markets and national economies
- 3+ years of experience in risk management, banking, or business lending
- Solid credit adjudication experience and knowledge of collateral security and documentation requirements
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Technological proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and Temenos/T24
