Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Product Business Analyst to join our product development team. As a Product Business Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding and documenting software requirements, working with software designers to ensure proposed solutions meet the needs, and presenting criteria and reviewing potential solutions to receive product owner sign-off.
Key Responsibilities- Work with internal requirement documentation tools to gather and document software requirements.
- Effectively use proprietary modeling techniques using Microsoft Visio to create detailed models of software requirements.
- Synthesize requirements from multiple clients and create product requirements and use cases.
- Bridge the gap between project requirements and product requirements to ensure alignment and integration.
- Utilize highly developed organizational, time management, and planning skills to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks.
- Participate in the documentation and integration of requests for new product functionality from customers and business partners.
- Demonstrate top-tier written and verbal communication skills and have exemplary attention to detail.
- Analytical skills to digest and understand a large body of product documentation and make meaningful contributions.
- Modeling skills to create detailed models of software requirements using Microsoft Visio.
- Technical skills to understand product capabilities and align and integrate necessary changes with existing functionality.
- Critical thinking ability to help others see conflicting details from different perspectives.
- Decision-making skills to show sound judgment in complex business matters.
- Multi-tasking skills to demonstrate success in the simultaneous delivery of multiple projects and programs.
- CBAP certification and familiarity with the BA Body of Knowledge (BABOK).
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Information Management.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst.
- Experience working on a product development team.
