Seawall Dental in West Vancouver, BC seeks a part-time Associate Dentist to provide high-quality dental services in a modern, boutique clinic.

**Job Summary:** We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and provide a positive experience for patients.

**About Us:** Seawall Dental is a fully-equipped dental office located in a beautiful village, committed to providing comprehensive dental care in a friendly and welcoming environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide a full range of dental services with the highest quality of care
  • Communicate effectively with patients and coworkers
  • Work independently as needed

**Compensation:** Associates are compensated on a fee-for-service basis, with remuneration starting from 35% collections and higher (depending on experience).

**Schedule:** 16-20 hours per week, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, with potential to increase days per week.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited school or university program
  • Registered or in process of registering with the British Columbia College of Oral Health Professionals
  • Eligible to practice dentistry in the province of British Columbia
  • 2-3 years of experience in practicing dentistry in Canada preferred, but new graduates welcome with mentorship provided
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients' families
