We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Produce Stocker to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a Produce Stocker, you will play a critical role in ensuring our produce department is fully stocked and visually appealing for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Zones the produce department to ensure efficient stock rotation and product visibility.
- Rotates stock and checks for expired products to maintain high-quality standards.
- Ensures merchandise is properly signed and priced to prevent errors and discrepancies.
- Adheres to cold chain compliance, temperature recording, and food handling procedures to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Follows proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, signing/flagging/pricing/labels, and stock management.
- Ensures the department is fully stocked with merchandise and ready for business.
- Follows Health and Safety guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to lift up to 25 kg and stand for long periods.
