Warehouse Associate

As a Stock Unloader Associate at Walmart Canada, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail stores. This position involves unloading trailers, processing merchandise, and moving pallets to the sales floor, all while maintaining a safe and clean environment.
Key Responsibilities- Receiving and Processing: Unload trailers and sort general merchandise, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
- Inventory Management: Complete live unloading of all remaining merchandise, maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring stockroom organization.
- Cold Chain Maintenance: Maintain the cold chain for refrigerated and frozen receiving and stocking, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Stockroom Operations: Pull pallets of merchandise to the sales floor for overnight processing, and assist in stocking the sales floor as assigned.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service when interacting with customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues.
- Housekeeping and Safety: Contribute to a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
