PA&A Data Analyst

We are looking for a data analyst who will report to the manager leading the data quality and insights team within the revenue management unit of our PA&A business (Parts, Accessories & Apparel), and who'll be tasked with developing data pipelines, building reporting tools and delivering insights. As part of your role, you'll be working closely with finance, sales planning, go to market and other commercial leaders to bring our PA&A data and analysis capabilities to the next level, which is a highly critical growth pillar.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Build and improve key retail and wholesale data pipelines used throughout the business as the single source of truth.
  • Play a central role in developing a robust and standardized reporting framework so that all stakeholders speak the same language (universal definitions, reconciliation between different accepted methodologies, etc.).
  • Develop reporting and monitoring tools aimed at increasing sales and reducing revenue leakages.
  • Deliver insights to the business that influence key decisions through performance analysis and monitoring.
  • Leverage technology and tools to continuously improve the team's efficiency and effectiveness.

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • You have experience with and strong working knowledge of Excel, PowerBI/DAX & SQL. Abilities with Python, Dataiku, Knime, etc. are also relevant, but not mandatory.
  • You are comfortable with accessing, manipulating, transforming and analyzing large quantities of data using different tools. You thrive in an environment where you are relied upon to go from complex raw data to intuitive and actionable business insights.
