Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required or willingness to obtain it.
  • Education: Background in marine engineering or naval architecture is preferred.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Time Management: Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
