Seeking a Security Guard to provide proactive and reactive security patrols and response to incidents at Westmount Mall in London, Ontario.

As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and protection of property, persons, and information, while providing excellent customer service skills and working with people under stress or in need of medical assistance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Patrolling property on foot to ensure safety and security
  • Effective communication and monitoring of CCTV systems
  • Responding to calls for service in a timely manner
  • Reporting incidents and writing reports
  • Managing high-stress situations and making complex decisions
  • Enforcing mall Code of Conduct and Trespass to Property Act (TPA)

Requirements:

  • A Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence
  • Valid First Aid & CPR – Level C
  • Proficient in English (both oral and written)
  • Vulnerable Sector Check
