About the Role

Xerox Canada Ltd. is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team in the greater Lethbridge, AB area. As a key member of our Technical Services division, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their devices are working correctly, and delivering top-notch support at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding service to clients, ensuring their devices are working correctly and meeting their needs.
  • Use electro-mechanical skills to repair devices, leveraging training provided by certified instructors and online resources.
  • Achieve key productivity goals, including 5 gross calls per day, an efficiency rating of 50% or higher, response time commitments between 2-4 hours, and minimizing parts costs.
Requirements
  • Electro-mechanical experience, including the ability to read and comprehend electrical schematics to troubleshoot systems.
  • Superior time management skills and reliability, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.
  • Valid driver's license and appropriate insurance coverage, with a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) included in the technician background check.
  • The ability to lift 50 pounds, walk, stand, squat, bend, and drive for over 50% of the workday, with a focus on safety, especially around electrical components.
