We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wood Fence Foreman to join our team at Citadel Fence. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 2-3 fencing crew members to construct wood and vinyl fences
  • Effectively train and manage crews to maximize production and efficiency
  • Identify and resolve problems as they arise on the job site
  • Travel throughout the province to complete projects
  • Ensure job sites are safe and clean

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a fence installer with a minimum of 3 years' experience building wood and/or vinyl fences
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's license
