As a member of the management team, the Team Leader supports the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in supervising the daily retail store operations. In the absence of the Store Manager and/or Assistant Store Manager, the Team Leader takes on the role of Manager on Duty (MOD), delegating tasks, ensuring adherence to opening/closing procedures, and promoting a safe work environment for employees. Additionally, the Team Leader plays a key role in inventory processes and training new hires.

  • What you need to succeed?
  • At least one (1) year of experience in the retail industry
  • Ambition to advance within the company
  • Availability to work flexible hours (day, evening, weekend)
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage time and priorities
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and high-volume setting
