We're growing and looking to welcome a detail-oriented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Landscaper in Windsor, Ontario. This full-time position is ideal for someone who loves working with their hands and being outside.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Support daily operations of residential properties by assisting with lawn care tasks, including cutting, watering, and weeding of lawns, trimming of bushes and hedges, and maintaining flower beds.
  • Perform snow and ice removal, sanding, and salting of city and company-owned sidewalks, ensuring outdoor property grounds remain free of garbage and debris.
  • Handle maintenance requests, such as painting halls and suites, conducting minor repairs, and removing heavy furniture and appliances.
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently.
  • Contribute to operational excellence by completing tasks within Skyline standards and in line with applicable provincial legislation.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional decision-making skills and ability to effectively troubleshoot and problem-solve.
  • Proficient in operating and maintaining lawn care and maintenance equipment, particularly Bobcats and their attachments.
  • Ability to multitask, organize workflow, and remain detail-oriented, with a willingness to work a flexible schedule.
  • Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills required.
  • Two years of landscaping service-related experience.
  • Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record and automobile insurance required.
  • Small engine repair training or certification is considered an asset.
