Lift Community Services is seeking a Casual Support Worker to join our team. As a Casual Support Worker, you will provide support and basic life skills to individuals facing multiple barriers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide crisis response and overdose response to program participants
  • Support participants with daily living tasks and home maintenance
  • Assist with employment services and job readiness
  • Collaborate with the Housing Services Manager to ensure participant well-being

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with local community resources and services
  • Basic understanding of street culture and harm reduction practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to maintain client confidentiality and handle sensitive information
