Our **Mobile Building Manager** plays a crucial role in supporting our **on-site staff**. Internally known as **'Regional Building Operations Support'**, these individuals assist buildings within a regional portfolio, providing help during staff absences.

The Mobile Building Manager **ensures consistent customer service** by taking on roles in **maintenance, administration**, and cleaning as needed.

This position requires a **flexible** and **multi-skilled** individual who excels in a **team setting** and possesses strong **customer service** abilities.

Reporting to the Assistant VP of Operations, you will fulfill **Building Manager** duties, including maintenance and cleaning, while also **supporting other Homestead properties**.

You will have a designated **base**, with opportunities to **assist regionally** when necessary due to staff shortages or increased workloads.

You will also handle **basic administrative tasks** as directed.The **schedule** for this role is 8am-5pm with **on-call rotations**, off days falling on alternating Saturdays/Sundays and Thursdays/Fridays.
Role & Responsibilities (Overview):
  • Cleaning/Maintenance
    • Ensure cleanliness of common areas & corridors
    • Prepare apartments for new residents
    • Facilitate work orders and perform minor maintenance in plumbing & electrical
    • Other grounds maintenance
  • Tenant Relations/Administrative
    • Address tenant concerns promptly
    • Maintain positive tenant relations
    • Show vacant apartments to potential residents
    • Collect and record rents
    • Serve legal documents
    • Rent upcoming suites
  • Safety
    • Ensure resident safety and security
    • Respond professionally to emergencies
    • Maintain fire safety and winter logs
  • General
    • Follow on-call schedule (including overnight shifts)
    • Maintain stock control records
    • Other duties as assigned
