As an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate at Walmart Canada, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and dispensing online orders with high-quality standards and accuracy, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pick and assemble orders from various temperature areas with attention to detail and quality in mind.
  • Pack orders efficiently, distinguishing between similar named products and ensuring correct product codes.
  • Ensure products picked are of the highest quality, with no damaged products or freshest product selection.
  • Correctly document and label all orders through interpretation and understanding of documentation.
  • Optimize tote fill by packing orders in a space-efficient manner while maintaining product quality standards.
  • Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction and offer service, including supporting issues to resolution.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety and food hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and hygienic work area.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting changes to operational procedures, productivity standards, and efficiencies.
