Your forthcoming duties and responsibilities


The OAC (Optimization and Continuous Improvement) team is tasked with streamlining the processes of the Payroll Service Center (PSC) to deliver top-notch service to clients, while accommodating their ongoing expansion.

Assuming the role of Technology Project Manager within the OAC squad involves:

  • Servicing as the CSP's go-to person for projects necessitating RPAaS involvement
  • Overseeing tech projects and ensuring they meet the stakeholders' expectations
  • Acting as the go-to person for PSC emergencies and incidents
  • Supervising deployments and coordinating the endeavors of these ventures
  • Collaborating with different stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Pitching ideas to enhance PSC operational processes
  • Recognizing and evaluating operational and customer implications, and suggesting improvements
  • Keeping management updated on the progress of all projects
  • Representing operations on various internal panels (CRM, telephony, IT maintenance, etc.)
  • Supporting the entire OAC team on specific tech aspects of select projects.
Prerequisites for excelling in this role

  • University degree in a related field or a suitable mix of relevant education and experience;
  • IT proficiency
  • Background in crisis management
  • Familiarity with project planning tools, banking, and payroll processes;
  • Minimum of three years of pertinent experience;
  • Project management experience is advantageous;
  • Strong organizational, planning, and priority-setting abilities;
  • Proficient in working in a diverse and Agile setting;
  • Competencies in change management, communication, and written skills;
  • Display of leadership qualities;
