ADI Global Distribution is hiring an Inside Sales Associate who will increase market share, uncover new opportunities, and provide solutions to customers' needs that result in continued long-term customer partnerships.

JOB DUTIES:

Grow Customer Accounts for Profit

  • Meet performance targets by growing revenue and increasing the margin of assigned
  • accounts. Increase order size, grow customer transactions, and leverage pricing tools to
  • improve margin percentage.
  • Increase customer base by adding new customers
  • Identify opportunities and convert customer purchases from competition
  • Manage all existing accounts through steady communication using the Customer Database
  • Make Outbound Calls and reach a minimum number of calls every day to present leads.

Build Customer Relationship

  • Promote positive relationships within the ADI organization to encourage team sales and
  • promote exceptional customer service for customers.
  • Educate customers about new products and product lines by keeping abreast of new
  • developments in the industry.
  • Maintain and update customer interactions in the tracking system

Demonstrate Product Knowledge

  • Apply knowledge of products and/or services and sell it to customers
  • Explain features and advantages to customers in entire non-technical terms
  • Stay up to date on new offerings, and technology trends through Industry News, and various
  • other sources.

Create Brand Value - Promote ADI

  • Leverage ADI Resources, Services, and Programs to educate customers
  • Provide exceptional shopping experience in-store, by phone, and online.

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Bilingual in French and English
  • High School Diploma, or equivalent
  • 1 year of Sales Experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer literacy skills - Basic Knowledge to Operate Microsoft Office
  • Desire to be in a Sales role and be accountable for Sales Revenue

TÂCHES DU POSTE :

Développez vos comptes clients pour générer des bénéfices

Atteindre les objectifs de performance en augmentant les revenus et en augmentant la marge des tâches assignées comptes. Augmentez la taille des commandes, augmentez les transactions clients et tirez parti des outils de tarification pour améliorer le pourcentage de marge. Augmenter la clientèle en ajoutant de nouveaux clients Identifier les opportunités et convertir les achats des clients de la concurrence Gérez tous les comptes existants grâce à une communication constante à l'aide de la base de données clients. Passez des appels sortants et atteignez un nombre minimum d'appels chaque jour pour présenter des prospects.

Construire une relation client

Promouvoir des relations positives au sein de l'organisation ADI pour encourager les ventes en équipe et promouvoir un service client exceptionnel pour les clients. Éduquer les clients sur les nouveaux produits et gammes de produits en se tenant au courant des nouveautés évolutions dans l'industrie. Maintenir et mettre à jour les interactions clients dans le système de suivi

Démontrer une connaissance du produit

Appliquer la connaissance des produits et/ou services et la vendre aux clients Expliquer les fonctionnalités et les avantages aux clients en termes non techniques Restez à jour sur les nouvelles offres et les tendances technologiques grâce à Industry News et divers d'autres sources.

Créer de la valeur pour la marque - Promouvoir ADI

Tirer parti des ressources, des services et des programmes d'ADI pour éduquer les clients Offrez une expérience de magasinage exceptionnelle en magasin, par téléphone et en ligne.

VOUS DEVEZ AVOIR:

Bilingue en français et anglais Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent 1 an d'expérience en vente Excellentes compétences de communication verbale et écrite Compétences informatiques - Connaissances de base pour utiliser Microsoft Office Désir d'occuper un rôle de vente et d'être responsable du chiffre d'affaires
