Position Responsibilities

  • Perform full cycle recruiting to support staffing all levels for our warehouse, customer service, office and sales teams.
  • Recruit quality active and passive candidates by sourcing, maintaining candidate pipelines, pursuing referrals and developing meaningful contacts.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs, job duties, qualifications and skills.
  • Interview applicants to evaluate alignment with position requirements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with recruiting agencies, universities and other organizations to find talent.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. CHRP an asset.
  • 3+ years of high volume recruiting / talent acquisition experience.
  • Experience working with an applicant tracking system. Workday experience an asset.
  • Bilingual (English / French) - fluent in both verbal and written forms an asset.
