Fit4Less is seeking a Host to provide exceptional customer service, maintain cleanliness, and promote memberships in a fast-paced fitness environment.

The Host is responsible for ensuring a clean and welcoming atmosphere for members and guests. This includes:

  • Cleaning and tidying to Fit4Less' cleanliness standards
  • Providing friendly customer interaction on the workout floor
  • Contributing to the "everybody cleans" mindset
  • Completing daily, weekly, and monthly cleanliness tasks and training
  • Informing and reporting deficiencies to engage appropriate actions

The Host also provides exceptional customer service, including:

  • Welcoming members and guests warmly
  • Helping and educating members on memberships, amenities, and processes
  • Promoting black card amenities and memberships
  • Contributing to a courteous and friendly workplace environment
  • Completing tasks and responsibilities by set timelines
  • Informing and working with the manager on customer service and escalation support
  • Addressing and reporting incidents of concern

The Host also sells and suggests memberships, and provides assistance with membership management to support Fit4Less' purpose.

Our ideal candidate has:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of teamwork and/or volunteer experience
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • WHMIS certification
  • First Aid, CPR-A & AED certification
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure and handle stress
  • Dedication to meeting expectations and requirements of internal and external customers
  • Effective time management skills
