About Us:

Live Well Dental is Dentalcorp's first new practice build in Toronto. Our state-of-the-art practice is located at Front & Spadina, steps away from Union Station, for an easy commute. Our team lead by Dr. Park, Dr. Fadairo, & Practice Manager Ellen are dedicated to providing comprehensive dental care utilizing the latest and most innovative technology.

Additionally, through working within our network of clinics, you will have the opportunity to work alongside and learn from some of the industry's leading clinicians and have greater access to the advanced treatment technologies and training & development, and support

Schedule: Part-time

Monday & Wednesday (2:00-6:30)

Tuesday & Thursday (3:00-7:30)
Saturday (9:00-2:00)

Sunday (9:00-1:00)

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients as they arrive; ensure a lasting positive impression for them
  • Responsible for optimizing the appointment schedule by ensuring the day is full, with limited gaps
  • Effectively manage recall system and accurately maintain patient database
  • Manage patient calls and inquiries about appointments, confirmations, amendments and cancellations
  • Process referral letters and other patient correspondence upon receipt from provider; manage and file all patient records and charts
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation protocols
  • Prepare treatment room in accordance with infection control and practice protocols for each patient
  • Detailed understanding of practice health and safety requirements
  • Establish strong patient relationships while maintaining ethical professional behaviour
  • Thorough understanding of practice health and safety requirements

About You:

  • Minimum 1 year Dental Admin experience required with a background in Dentrix
  • Previous dental assisting experience is an asset - Level I Dental Assistant with HARP
