About the Job:- Provide 1:1 respite care in the home environment, supporting a child with complex care needs.
- Work independently, using your skills and experience to deliver high-quality care.
- Flexibility to choose from day/morning 4hr shifts or NIGHT shifts (8hr) that fit around your existing schedule.
- Current practicing registration with BCCNM.
- Valid CPR 'C' / BLS certification or better.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently.
- Strong verbal and written interpersonal communication skills.
- Competitive wages based on BCNU Wage Grid (prior experience recognized).
- Flexible schedules to suit your needs.
- Paid orientation, training, and advanced skills education.
- Specialty training opportunities available.
- Paid vacation and benefits available (minimum hours requirement).
- Sick time.
- We are a CARF accredited nursing agency, dedicated to providing nursing respite to children with medical needs in their home communities throughout British Columbia.
- We provide care for our client's complex care needs, supporting them to live at home with their families, and attend school.
$32.84-$59.51 per hour
Application Requirements:- As per current BC public health requirements, nurses are required to be vaccinated against COVID-19.
