Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Outfitter to join our team at Bass Pro Shops. As a Retail Outfitter, you will play a key role in creating a world-class shopping experience for our customers by providing exceptional product knowledge and legendary customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized product recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences
  • Promote various company programs and promotions to drive sales and engagement
  • Maintain a visually appealing store environment by adhering to visual presentation standards
  • Respond to and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist in other areas of the store as needed to support business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and emerging technologies related to the outdoor lifestyle

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in a sales or service environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to evaluate customers' needs and make recommendations based on those needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Knowledge of Bass Pro Shops & Cabela's specific products is an asset
