**Summary:** We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support our omni-channel store and eCommerce operations, ensuring seamless customer experiences across brick & mortar stores and online platforms.

**Job Description:**

You'll be part of a dynamic team that's constantly evolving to meet the needs of our customers. As an Omni-Channel Fulfillment Associate, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that online orders are picked from store shelves and prepared for customer and delivery driver pick-up in a timely manner.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives
* Ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment across multiple channels
* Develop strong attention to detail and multitasking skills to manage competing priorities
* Utilize initiative and problem-solving skills to resolve issues and improve processes
* Provide excellent customer service and communication skills to internal and external stakeholders
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

**Requirements:**

* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Initiative to isolate and solve problems
* Good communication skills when dealing with customers and within a team environment
* Creative and strategic problem-solving skills combined with sound judgment
* Previous retail experience
* High School Diploma
* Entry-level computer skills
