Tasks/Responsibilities

The QA Analyst will be responsible for quality assurance and functional analysis of a large platform in order to support the growth of the DevOps delivery team currently made up of around 10 people (Mobile Developers, Product Owner, Scrum Master, IT Functional Analyst, etc.).

  • Contribute to the optimization of a mobile application and the addition of interesting new features
  • Promote the facilitation of purchase and use, dematerialization, as well as the modernization of the platform
  • Analyze functional needs, understand customer desires, and monitor the quality of development
  • Create desirable scenarios, describe the proposed solutions, evaluate the impact
  • Carry out different types of automated and manual tests, as well as integration tests
  • Detect anomalies, diagnose problems, generate ideas, and provide concrete solutions

PROFILE

  • 6+ years of experience as an IT Analyst
  • Professional experience in quality assurance (QA) and functional analysis
  • Good skills in functional analysis and knowledge of mobile applications (Android and iOS)
  • Knowledge of Azure Test Plans, Microsoft 365. SQL, Atlassian (Jira and Confluence)
  • Experience in test automation on Mobile and Web
  • Mastery of SAFe methodology and experience in a DevOps environment (strong assets)
  • Strong spirit of collaboration, autonomy and good capacity for popularization
  • BAC in computer science or equivalent
  • Bilingualism (French required, functional English)
