Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement pricing strategies to achieve business objectives and comply with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data and identify trends and opportunities for growth and profitability.
- Design and implement predictive models to forecast claim experience and optimize pricing strategies.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to stakeholders on actuarial matters and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- 5+ years of experience in actuarial science, with a focus on pricing and risk management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and R programming languages.
- FCAS designation or equivalent experience.
