Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Stanford Inn & Suites. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Recommend or arrange for additional maintenance services as needed.
  • Assist housekeeping staff in performing duties as required.
  • Co-ordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
