Job Summary

As an Operations Manager in our team, you will oversee the planning, direction, and control of assigned food service units. Your role involves achieving operational and financial objectives, providing guidance to subordinate managers, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

  • Carry out operational audits on regional units to identify areas for enhancement and maximize financial and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company, government, and accrediting agency standards related to food storage, preparation, sanitation, and record-keeping.
  • Supervise adherence to company-sponsored retail and purchasing initiatives.
  • Evaluate meal service quality in units, handle operational concerns, and devise appropriate solutions.
  • Develop accurate district and unit forecasts, monitor financial performance, and ensure alignment with company and client expectations.
  • Implement human resources policies consistently, support employee relations, and oversee recruitment and development of management personnel.
  • Provide guidance to Food Service Managers to enhance catering and restaurant sales and achieve high client satisfaction.
  • Ensure exceptional culinary offerings in the units.
