Registered Nurse A position available at the Saskatchewan Health Authority, responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic ICU/PACU environment.

The Registered Nurse A is responsible for maintaining a high standard of patient care in accordance with the vision, mission and philosophy of the Saskatchewan Health Authority. As a member of the Nursing department, the Registered Nurse A has the responsibility for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of comprehensive client centered care.

  • Assess, plan, implement and evaluate comprehensive client centered care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and maintain a high standard of patient care in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.

Education and Training:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
  • Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
  • Critical Care Nursing certificate (CCN)
  • Nursing diploma is acceptable
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certificate (ACLS)

Requirements:

  • Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
