Sharethrough is seeking an Excel guru to be our next Financial Analyst within the Financial Planning & Analysis team.   • Générer des rapports financiers précis et opportuns, des analyses de variance et des évaluations des tendances pour fournir des perspectives sur la performance de l'entreprise.
  • Soutenir l'équipe dans la préparation de documents ad hoc / mensuels / trimestriels pour les dirigeants, les cadres, le conseil d'administration et les investisseurs.
  • Automatiser et optimiser les flux de données efficaces et précis entre différents systèmes financiers, permettant des rapports durables et évolutifs.
  • Participer à l'amélioration du modèle financier de l'entreprise qui permet à la direction de prendre des décisions stratégiques efficaces.
  • Collaborer à l'élaboration de cas d'affaires, à la modélisation de scénarios et à l'identification d'opportunités pour améliorer la rentabilité et maîtriser les coûts.
  • Assister l'équipe dans les processus de budgétisation annuelle et de prévisions trimestrielles.
  • Évaluer les résultats financiers, les métriques opérationnelles et autres meilleures pratiques de l'industrie par rapport aux principaux concurrents.
  • Participer à la prévision de la gestion de trésorerie.
  • Prendre part à la préparation de tout processus futur de collecte de fonds, d'activités de fusion et acquisition et de due diligence.
  • Participer à la mise en œuvre et à la maintenance de logiciels et d'outils pertinents, au besoin.
Ton profil
  • Baccalauréat en commerce, en comptabilité ou en finance
  • Maîtrise experte d'Excel
  • Expérience de 1 à 3 ans dans le domaine de l'analyse financière
  • Solides compétences en réflexion stratégique, résolution de problèmes et analyse
  • Souci du détail, autonomie et capacité à prendre des initiatives
  • Capacité à gérer un volume important d'informations et de changements
  • Compréhension des politiques comptables (normes IFRS)
  • Excellente maîtrise de l'anglais et du français, à l'écrit comme à l'oral
  • Basé dans la région de Montréal, car nous adoptons un modèle de travail hybride

Your Mission
  • Generate accurate and timely financial reports, variance analyses, and trend assessments to provide insights into business performance
  • Support the team in the preparation of ad hoc / monthly / quarterly discussion materials for Leaders, Executives, the Board, and Investors
  • Automate and optimize efficient and accurate data flows between various financial systems allowing for sustainable and scalable reporting
  • Participate in the improvement of the company's financial model that enable leadership to make effective strategic decisions
  • Collaborate on producing business cases, scenario modeling, and identifying opportunities to improve profitability and control costs
  • Assist the team in annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
  • Benchmark financial results, operating metrics, and other industry best practices with key competitors
  • Participate in cash management forecasting
  • Take part in preparing any future fundraising processes, M&A activities and due diligence
  • Participate in the implementation and maintenance of relevant software and tools, as necessary
Your Profile
  • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
  • Expert knowledge of Excel
  • 1-3 years experience related to Financial Analysis
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem solving, and analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented, autonomous, and able to take initiative
  • Able to handle a high volume of information and changes
  • Understand accounting policies (IFRS)
  • Excellent written and spoken English and French
  • Located in the Montreal Area as we are a hybrid work model
