About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our Commercial team at RepRisk AG. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in establishing and managing long-standing relationships with our clients in the banking, insurance, investment management, corporate, and supply chain sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Manage a portfolio of clients, including banks, insurance providers, asset managers, asset owners, and non-financial multinationals, to ensure their needs are met and their satisfaction is high.
  • Business Development: Grow your book of business by selling RepRisk services deeper into accounts, across divisions, and entire enterprises.
  • Client Acquisition: Proactively sell, nurture, and grow client relationships in line with the RepRisk Client Journey.
  • Client Retention: Support RepRisk's position as a leading ESG service provider and ensure client satisfaction and high client retention rate by maintaining the high-quality service standards of RepRisk.
  • Operational Activities: Carry out a variety of operational and administrative activities in the lifecycle of a client relationship.
Requirements
  • 5-15 years of previous experience working with institutional investors, risk management, and credit professionals with proven experience in selling and contract negotiations.
  • Solid understanding of institutional investment landscape, public and private markets, banks, asset management, hedge funds, PE firms, etc.
  • Proven analytical and data understanding that enables easy interaction with financial professionals on investment criteria, work flows, etc.
  • Strong ability to think strategically and analytically about business and products.
  • Relevant bachelor's or higher degree required.
  • Advanced MS Office skills essential.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM essential.
  • Previous work experience at a financial market data provider an advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Any other major business languages, French, or Spanish would be an advantage.
