Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation: Prepare, pre-cook, and cook food products as directed, adhering to our corporate standards and guidelines.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Clean kitchen equipment after use, following our health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Inventory Management: Label, date, store, and rotate food and beverage products in designated storage areas.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with operational departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Reporting: Report any needed maintenance, faulty equipment, or accidents to your supervisor immediately.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned or directed by your supervisor.

Requirements:
  • Culinary Experience: Proven cooking experience, including experience as a restaurant cook or prep cook.
