- Pricing Recommendations: Provide pricing recommendations related to product launches/releases (scenario analysis).
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present quarterly financial reports and budget analysis to stakeholders.
- Investor Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with investors related to various development projects.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
- Experience: 3-5 years of Real Estate Finance experience.
- Skills: Advanced MS Excel skills, intermediate MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and strong communication skills.
