Process and review co-op advertising claims, pre-approvals, and customer service inquiries with high quality and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Expert knowledge of Co-op Advertising Policies, Procedures, and Programs
  • Accurate and consistent application of policies and procedures
  • Scanning and uploading documentation, entering claims into 360's Platforms
  • Reviewing and processing pre-approvals and co-op advertising claims
  • Calculating claim values using client and compliant procedures
  • Proactive problem-solving and review of advertising for compliance
  • Effective communication and maintenance of individual KPI's

Requirements:

  • High-quality business communication skills – written and verbal
  • Detailed-oriented and ability to apply logic to grey areas
  • Working knowledge of percentages
  • Bilingual (French or Spanish) is an asset
