Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of information security consulting projects for multiple clients, overseeing project initiation, planning, execution, and closure
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their security needs, and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships to ensure alignment and satisfaction
  • Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and financial reporting to optimize profitability and cost efficiency across projects
  • Coordinate resources, timelines, and deliverables across concurrent projects, balancing priorities and ensuring adherence to scope and budget
  • Effectively manage project roadblocks and deviations from plan, implementing corrective actions and mitigation strategies to keep projects on track and within objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams of security experts and consultants, providing guidance, support, and motivation to drive project outcomes and exceed client expectations
  • Identify upselling opportunities based on client needs or project outcomes, collaborating with appropriate channels to capitalize on these opportunities
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing proactive measures to ensure the security and success of client engagements
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments with customer success managers to uphold the highest standards of service delivery, security best practices, and client satisfaction
  • Facilitate clear and transparent communication with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and expectations
  • Drive process enhancements and knowledge sharing initiatives within the consulting team to elevate service quality and drive client value

Qualifications

Your Qualifications & Skills:

  • Post-secondary degree in business, computer science, information technology, or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of experience in B2B client-facing roles managing technology or business change projects.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to engage with customer executives and demonstrate strategic understanding of business needs.
  • Experience managing multiple projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., ) and familiarity with compliance tools (e.g., Vanta).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Hands-on experience with Compliance and Trust products would be advantageous.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Program and/or project management-related certification such as CAPM, PMP, or PgMP.
  • Previous experience working in information security or information technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of information security principles, risk management frameworks, and industry standards .
  • Certification in Information Security such as CISSP, CISM.
