Job Summary:

McAfee is seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Marketing Specialist to join our Global Web Experience team. As a key member of our Marketing Planning & Analytics family, you will play a crucial role in supporting our global Web Experience testing and optimization strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advocate for Best-in-Class Customer Experience: Ensure that our landing page optimization efforts are guided by clear business requirements and quality data.
  • Support and Prioritize Marketing Requests: Work with cross-functional stakeholders to size and model marketing requests, and provide clear requirements for execution teams.
  • Coordinate Conversion Optimization Testing: Facilitate A/B/n, multivariant, and sequential testing activities alongside other marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze and Optimize Conversion Rates: Create and maintain dashboards and analyses of conversion optimization tests, identifying opportunities for experimentation and iteration.
  • Manage Documentation and Communication: Ensure clear and concise documentation and communication for landing page experimentation, globally.
  • Ensure Quality Experience: Guarantee a high-quality experience in all experiments and rollouts.

About You:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar marketing role.
  • Skills: Ability to form relationships at various levels, work in a fast-paced detail-rich environment, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with A/B testing in a digital marketing setting, web analytics (Adobe Analytics), and analytical and quantitative skills.
