Customer Fulfillment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Fulfillment Associate to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a key member of our customer service and fulfillment team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive their online grocery orders in a timely and accurate manner.
Key Responsibilities- Pick and pack online grocery orders with precision and care, adhering to strict safety and food hygiene standards.
- Efficiently assemble orders from various temperature areas, ensuring that products are of the highest quality and accurately labeled.
- Document and label all orders correctly, interpreting and understanding documentation, including pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels.
- Optimize tote fill by packing orders in a space-efficient manner while maintaining product quality standards.
- Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction, offering exceptional service and supporting issues to resolution.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting changes to operational procedures, productivity standards, and efficiencies.

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
