Shifts: 7am - 3:30pm

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Red Seal or Ticket in Millwright (HDMor Mechanical Fitter may be considered)
  • Strong hydraulic troubleshooting
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Forklift certification
  • Class 5 BC Drivers License with clean abstract
  • Capable of working at high heights and lifting heavy materials up to WCB restrictions
  • Successful candidates must undergo a criminal record check

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

  • Perform inspections to equipment and machinery while maintaining service records and logs
  • Rebuild and/or repair of equipment and machinery
  • Assist with major overhauls, modifications and alterations as required
  • Assist with daily preventive maintenance program
  • Meet assigned training obligations
  • Ensuring work orders are completed properly and accurately
  • Safely operate mobile equipment (forklifts, scissor lifts, zoom booms)
  • Using CMMS programs on a daily basis after training
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
