Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Busser to join our team. As a Busser, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience.

About the Role:

  • Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently, maintaining a clean and organized dining area
  • Stock and maintain all service stations, ensuring a seamless service experience
  • Assist servers with food and beverage service, providing exceptional guest service
  • Transport dirty tableware to the dishwashing area, maintaining a clean and safe environment
  • Perform general cleaning tasks, including wiping down booths and chairs, and cleaning floors as needed
  • Fold napkins throughout the day to maintain an adequate supply
  • Perform assigned side work, including replenishing condiments and restocking side stands
  • Assist with special guest requests and greet and seat guests

About You:

  • You must have a valid Food Handler Certificate or provincial equivalent
  • Previous work experience or training is an asset
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of teamwork
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Ability to move, lift, carry, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
  • Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position
