About the Opportunity

  • Load and deliver goods to designated sites in a timely and efficient manner
  • Document and cross-check each load to ensure accuracy
  • Operate a 5-ton truck with due care and attention to safety
  • Pack and store goods in a clean and sanitary manner
  • Collect and return soiled carts to the production kitchen
  • Maintain the truck and receiving area in a clean and tidy condition
  • Take every reasonable precaution to protect your health and safety and that of others

About You

  • A minimum of Grade 12 education
  • Food Safety Training or equivalent
  • Class 5 drivers license with Air Brakes
  • A clear driving abstract
  • Ability to competently operate a 5-ton truck
  • Ability to carry out routine maintenance and general upkeep for a 5-ton truck
  • Works and communicates with internal and external customers to meet their needs
