Retail Back of House Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented Back of House Associate to join our team.

As a Back of House Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring customer orders are fulfilled in a timely manner, maintaining a clean stockroom, and assisting customers with general inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fill customer orders in a timely manner while maintaining quality standards
  • Maintain loss prevention and shipping policies
  • Review DOM reports with store management
  • Maintain stockroom(s) and shipping receiving area to Mark's standard
  • Assist customers with general inquiries

Required Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Able to stand for long periods
  • High energy, enthusiastic and a drive to succeed
  • Previous experience working as a retail shipper/receiver is an asset

Educational Level:

High school education or current enrollment in high school

Experience Level:

Entry

Compensation:

We offer a competitive starting hourly rate of $17.40, company discount programs, flexible schedules and additional perks.
