Your responsibilities...

  • Taking a proactive approach to understand customer needs, listening attentively to their requests
  • Providing customers with valuable insights, expert advice, and the necessary education
  • Developing comprehensive plans for customers using a holistic approach to support them in achieving their objectives
  • Building and nurturing long-term, strong relationships with customers
  • Contributing to the growth and retention of the branch business by meeting individual and team sales targets that enhance the overall customer experience

  • The motivation and determination to establish solid customer relationships
  • A strategic outlook to create customized financial strategies covering everyday banking, investments, and borrowing solutions
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a dynamic environment that aligns with customer goals
  • A Mutual Funds license and completion of the CIFP Diploma
