Le travailleur social occupera un poste de coordination au sein du Département des urgences, sous la direction du Département de psychiatrie aiguë, dans le cadre de situations de crise avec des clients des services de santé mentale et d'addiction.

Responsabilités
  • Coordonner les activités du service et fournir un leadership clinique et une supervision;
  • Assigner des tâches liées aux objectifs du plan établi pour maximiser les services dans le continuum de soins;
  • Fournir un éventail complet de services à ce même clientèle, notamment la coordination, l'intervention en cas de crise, l'évaluation, la planification, la promotion de services dans la communauté et la fourniture de formation à nos partenaires;
Compétences requises
  • Inscription au Registre des travailleurs sociaux de la Nouvelle-Écosse;
  • Expérience clinique de trois ans au moins dans le domaine de la santé mentale ou des services d'addiction;
  • Connaissance des techniques de prévention et de gestion des comportements suicidaires ou formation dans ce domaine;
  • Connaissance des outils informatiques;
  • Résolution de problèmes et résolution de conflits;
  • Compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles;
  • Jugement clinique et prise de décision;
  • Organisation et capacité à établir des priorités;
  • Disponibilité pour voyager dans la zone;
  • Capacité à développer des partenariats efficaces avec les réseaux communautaires;
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe;
  • Capacité physique à effectuer les tâches assignées;
  • Historique de travail solide (performance et assiduité);
  • Adhésion aux principes éthiques professionnels, à la philosophie de gestion du Réseau et aux valeurs de l'organisation;
  • Adhésion aux règles de confidentialité du Réseau Vitalité.
