Job Summary

As a Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. You will work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to provide high-quality care that is centered around the needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
  • Implement and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans, making adjustments as needed.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) degree.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certificate (ACLS) and Basic Life Support Instructor Certificate (BLS).
  • Psychiatric Nursing diploma or Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing degree.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients from diverse social backgrounds.
  • Valid driver's license and licensed/registered vehicle.
  • Ability to use computers and software applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS).
  • Registered/eligible with the Registered Psychiatric Nurses Association of SK.
