Job SummaryAs a Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. You will work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to provide high-quality care that is centered around the needs of our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
- Implement and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans, making adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) degree.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certificate (ACLS) and Basic Life Support Instructor Certificate (BLS).
- Psychiatric Nursing diploma or Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing degree.
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients from diverse social backgrounds.
- Valid driver's license and licensed/registered vehicle.
- Ability to use computers and software applications.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS).
- Registered/eligible with the Registered Psychiatric Nurses Association of SK.
