**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Public Health Nurse to join our team at Turtleford Community Health. As a Public Health Nurse, you will play a vital role in promoting health and well-being in our community.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, lean methodology, and best practices to enhance patient care.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide safe, patient-centered care.
• Travel within the region and provincially to provide care to clients.

**Requirements:**

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent.
• Valid Class 5 driver's license.
• Basic Life Support Level C Certificate (BLS-C).
• Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS) and the Registered Psychiatric Nurses Association of SK.

• Excellent writing, verbal communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
