Branch Director

Seeking a highly motivated and skilled Branch Director to lead our team in Lethbridge, AB, responsible for planning, organizing, controlling, and evaluating branch operations to ensure efficient and effective performance.
We are looking for a dynamic leader with a passion for the HVAC industry and a proven track record in managing teams and achieving results. As a Branch Director, you will be responsible for:
- Planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating branch operations to achieve organizational goals.
- Planning, administering, and controlling budgets for contracts, equipment, inventory, supplies, etc.
- Maintaining effective administrative management practices.
- Providing support to client services, including answering client calls and offering technical support to clients and employees.
- Taking client orders and ensuring timely fulfillment.
- Planning and participating in annual inventory activities.
- Interviewing, hiring, and overseeing training of staff to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Managing internal staff, providing leadership, motivation, and coaching to achieve team goals.
- Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and efficient product availability.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve objectives and increase revenue.
- Creating a positive working climate that fosters sales efficiency and professional development of team members.
- Evaluating the needs of the team and making recommendations for necessary actions.
- Staying updated on markets, trends, and developments in the industry to stay ahead of competitors' activities.
- Developing and maintaining good business relations with internal and external stakeholders.
- Resolving technical problems related to products in a timely and effective manner.
