• Deliver Outstanding Service: Provide prompt, friendly, and attentive service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Food and Beverage Knowledge: Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our menu, including food and beverage options, preparation methods, and pairing suggestions.
• Sales and Upselling: Build sales through suggestive selling, upselling, and promoting our menu items, drinks, and special offers.
• Teamwork and Communication: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service, communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar staff, and maintain a positive and respectful attitude.
• Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Remain calm and composed under pressure, handle customer complaints professionally, and adapt to changing situations and priorities.
• Quality Control and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhere to health and safety protocols, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Experience: Previous experience in the service industry, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
