About this Opportunity
Under the direction of the Membership Services Manager, the Membership Services Coordinator is responsible to provide programs and service to the Membership, including the Elders Group. The Membership Services Coordinator will be a highly organized individual with the ability to manage many tasks and deadlines and must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment that is result focused and community oriented.

Provide a high level of administrative support to the Membership Services Manager by; providing information regarding incoming inquiries for partnerships, funding, events, and other requests, along with keeping the manager up to date on meeting schedules, potential conflicts, and report deadlines.Schedule meetings, travel arrangements, appointments, prepares itineraries and makes reservations as necessary for the Membership Services Manager and the Elders GroupDrafting and preparation of confidential and non-confidential materials such as forms, letters, correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, posters, power point presentations, templatesTranscribe, prepare, and distribute various meeting agendas and minutes for Membership Services, Elders Group, and schedules meetings for various committees, Elders Group, events, etc.Provide support in purchasing, reconciling, and accounts payable submissions based on standardized guidelinesEnsure efficient record management, preserves original legal documents; either hard or electronic, and regularly collaborates with the Records Management department to preserve vital documentsAssist in maintaining and keeping current on CINUP, FNHA, (First Nation Health Authority) and Membership Services programs and mandates
Must Haves:Graduation from a recognized Administrative Professional ProgramA minimum of 3 years' experience as an administrative assistant or in public relationsExperience in crafting and preparing letters, documentation, reports, presentations and memoranda in a professional and timely mannerCriminal Record Check with results acceptable to WFNValid Class 5 Driver's License and Acceptable Driver's Abstract
