Job Summary

As a Dairy Frozen Associate at Walmart Canada, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standards of product quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Zones the department to ensure efficient product placement and customer flow.
  • Rotates stock and checks for expired products to prevent inventory waste and maintain product freshness.
  • Ensures merchandise is properly signed and priced to meet company standards.
  • Adheres to cold chain compliance, thermometer calibrations, temperature recording, food handling, product rotation, sell-by dates, and expiration dates to maintain a safe and healthy shopping environment.
  • Follows proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, signing/flagging/pricing/labels, and maintains features to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
  • Keeps the area neat, clean, and organized, and free of fixtures, unnecessary debris, foreign objects, and liquids to maintain a safe and attractive shopping environment.
