About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about making personal finances easier. As a Product Ownership and Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the Senior Manager or Manager in driving the objective and key results for a given phase of the Journey (Shop, Buy, Serve, Engage).
Key Responsibilities- Support the Senior Manager or Manager in creating and maintaining feature roadmaps, managing escalations, assessing customer feedback, and communicating sprint goals as part of an agile team.
- Measure Journey Key Results at each phase and understand their drivers to assess progress, and uncover new data-driven insights to influence both short-term tactics and longer-term strategy.
- Support the Senior Manager or Manager with the longer-term innovation agenda by exploring, developing, and validating new concepts, and defining and scoping early-stage opportunities through prototyping and testing.
- Working towards a degree/diploma in a related field (e.g.: IT, Computer Science, Engineering, )
- A strong team player, curious to learn, with an ability to quickly build relationships
- A passion for making personal finances easier
- Experience working on complex problems that have competing stakeholders
- Exceptional communication skills, developing business documents and leadership presentations
- Expert in Excel and PowerPoint
- Personal experience with self-directed investing
